Hi guys, Just curious if anyone knows about Rogers still throttling users? (read about it throttling netflix this timeish last year) Since the 1st our internet speed has been fluctuating. sometimes around 35mbps however after an hour or so of streaming (netflix or other less desirable means) it drops to about 2-3mbps.
